- Email address — optional, provided if you want your report emailed to you
- Business name — optional, used to label your report
- Contact form submissions — name, email, and message when you contact us
- Plan signup information — name, email, and business details when enrolling in a plan
Information We Collect Automatically
When you visit adawebpro.com, we automatically collect:
- IP address and approximate geographic location
- Browser type, operating system, and device type
- Pages visited and time spent on each page
- Referring URL (the page that sent you to us)

Scan Data We Collect About Third-Party Websites
When you submit a URL for scanning, we visit that URL with an automated browser and collect publicly available information including: page title, meta description, screenshot, links, images, accessibility violations, PageSpeed data, and technical signals. This data is used solely to generate your accessibility report.

We use the information we collect to:
- Run your accessibility scan and generate your report
- Send you your report by email if requested
- Send you plan-related communications if you are a subscriber
- Respond to your contact form submissions
- Improve our scanning technology and reporting features
- Analyze aggregate usage patterns to improve our service
- Comply with legal obligations
We do not use your information to serve personalized advertising, build advertising profiles, or sell your data to third parties.
3. Information Sharing
We share your information only in the following circumstances:
- Service providers — We use trusted third-party providers for email delivery (Zoho Mail), server hosting (Hetzner), and analytics. These providers access only the data necessary to perform their services.
- Yellopost — ADAWebPro is a service of Yellopost Advertising Services. Your scan data and contact information may be shared with Yellopost for the purpose of providing ADAWebPro services and follow-up communications.
- Legal requirements — We may disclose information if required by law, court order, or to protect the rights and safety of ADAWebPro, Yellopost, or the public.
- Business transfers — If ADAWebPro or Yellopost is acquired or merged, your information may be transferred as part of that transaction.
We do not sell, rent, or trade your personal information to third parties for marketing purposes.

Active plan subscribers can request a complete export or deletion of their scan history at any time by contacting yello@yellopost.com.
6. Your Rights
Depending on your location, you may have the following rights regarding your personal data:
